These Terms and Conditions have as their object the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely via computer network at " Tavoloverde.org " belonging to the PNO srl. with headquarters in Via Guido Reni , 42 - 00196 Roma (Rm) .
These purchases are reserved for customers resident in the Italian direct users to the exclusion of subjects such as retailers , wholesalers, retailers , professionals, etc. . who intend to resell its products to third parties .
Every purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Decree no. 18599 and , as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the rules laid down in Law no. 67596 , as amended.

Acceptance of general conditions of sale
The customer, by sending electronic confirmation of your purchase order , unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply in its dealings with PNO Ltd. Tavoloverde below , the general conditions and payment transcribed below , stating that you have read and accepted all the indications provided in accordance with the rules mentioned above, and also recognizing that Tavoloverde does not consider itself bound to different conditions if not previously agreed in writing.

Customer Commitments
These Terms and Conditions of Sale must be examined online by customers Tavoloverde site visitors before they confirm their purchases. the submission of the confirmation of order implies full knowledge of these Conditions of Sale and their full acceptance.
The Client agrees and undertakes, once the purchase process online, in print and save these Terms and Conditions of Sale , already read and accepted during the purchase process , in order to fully satisfy the conditions laid in Articles . 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 1851999 .

How to purchase
Tavoloverde is a web site selling products for the gaming and entertainment.
Purchases of products , available as illustrated and described online in the relevant descriptions and specifications, is made by the customer at the price specified therein, to be confirmed at the time of the confirmation order , in addition to transport costs as a result of specified in Art. 6 , and at the time of purchase displays . 
Before confirming the purchase, the customer will be shown the unit cost of each product chosen , the total cost when you purchase more products and related transportation costs.
Confirming the acquisition , completion of the transaction , the customer will receive an e-mail message containing the date and the total amount of your order and the details of the same .

Cash payment - mark
Payment in cash ( cash on delivery) is subject to the following conditions :

Payment must be made only with banknotes ( not accept checks or bank drafts ) directly to the courier upon delivery ;
The courier will only accept exact amounts corresponding to the order (there is no return of the rest ) The order will take place only with cash payment at the time of full availability of the goods ( eg in the case in which ' order of the products are present in the incoming shipment will take place' as soon as all the products available ) .

Purchased products will be delivered by Tavoloverde the address indicated by the customer, and only esclusivamentese resident on Italian territory.
Each shipment contains :

The products will be delivered during all working days . The delivery of the Products by Tavoloverde can be divided, without implying any responsibility for Tavoloverde .
Tavoloverde used for the delivery of the products :
GLS , Brt and other carriers may be appropriate .

The couriers do not call in advance nor manage requests for specific times . As an indication, without any involvement by Tavoloverde and unless the market availability of products in addition to any force majeure , the goods will be delivered by courier within 48 hours Tavoloverde to :

Since the first working day following the date of receipt of the order (in the case of payment by credit card or payment by cash to the courier ) .

Orders will be processed only with goods fully available.
If the customer wants to receive the goods available immediately and postpone the delivery of the securities is not available or booked at a later date, will have to opt for a double order . Delivery times and costs are dependent on the availability of the product, the method of shipment and the carrier chosen .

With respect to shipments, delivery time and related costs are shown below the main conditions :

Express courier service ( only for deliveries in Italian ): 2 working days (3 days for Calabria , Sicily, Sardinia). Prices are calculated automatically by the program according to the weight of the order.
The service of cash on delivery involves an additional cost of Euro 4.5 regardless of amount .
The Customer is required to verify that the package is not damaged or wet and conforms to the standard features ( as described above ) of a parcel Tavoloverde .

Only thereafter , the Customer must accept delivery , after which they may not oppose objection on the external characteristic of the delivered to him in relation to the order made . In case there is a correspondence between the order and delivery , according to the procedure cited above , the customer shall not accept the goods , must complain directly to the carrier and send an email through the pages to the item please contact us.

Guarantees and defective products
Products purchased through Tavoloverde are subject to discipline , as applicable , pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 2.2.2002 . 24 (OJ No . 57 , 8.3.2002 ) on sales contracts and warranties for consumer goods and , to the extent not provided for therein, the specific provisions in the Civil Code .
This guarantee will apply to products that present lack of conformity and or malfunctions that are not evident at the time of purchase, provided the product is used properly and with due diligence and that in respect of its destination and as provided in the technical documentation , with compliance with the various operating rules therein .
The guarantee is not applicable in case of negligence and carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, purchased is connected to the electrical system or any other type of connection is not up to standard. The guarantee is personal and apply only to the original purchaser . Any non- compliance of the products must be reported within ten (10) days of receipt of goods. The written report must ' be attached by the customer upon return of the defective product.
The defective product even though , to be subject to substitution must , at the time of dispatch to Tavoloverde be complete packaging and all the accessories and documentation received by the customer at the time of purchase. The return of the product without the original packaging, accessories and documentation referred to above Tavoloverde prevents the replacement of the product from the manufacturer and makes it impossible to replace .
Tavoloverde reserves the right to verify the actual casting defects enunciated by the customer and make the replacement until after the inspection .
The request will be processed only if the parcel will be returned the following documents : Invoice purchase order number and date , a brief description of the defect.
The costs of returning the goods to the sender are charged to the customer .

Right of withdrawal
Purchases made on the site Tavoloverde are governed by Italian law (Legislative Decree no . 185/99) on mail-order sales . If you have mistaken your order and you received an item you did not desire you will need :

- Communicate your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal by registered A / R within 10 working days from receipt of goods , such communication can be anticipated by fax , confirmed by registered mail provided within 48 hours;

- Return the goods within 10 working days of receipt of the goods ( as required by Italian law the costs of shipping and packing for the return shall be borne by the customer).

We will accept the return of any item , provided it is in perfect condition, and in compliance with the foregoing conditions , refunding the full amount .
PNO srl agrees to complete the repayment by bank transfer or other means agreed , no later than 30 days after receipt of notice of withdrawal .

Jurisdiction and Venue
This agreement shall be governed by Italian law . For any dispute concerning the validity , interpretation or execution of this contract the territorial jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.

Cancellation of orders by Tavoloverde
Tavoloverde reserves the right to cancel an order or an order item if you experience any of the following circumstances :
items that are reported as out of print by manufacturers or distributors ;
Articles for problems that can not be delivered by suppliers ;
credit card fraud ;
Incorrect usage of discount coupons ;
Scams against Tavoloverde ;
price changes by the supplier .
