Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale

1. Object

These General Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products made remotely via the Internet on the website www.tavoloverde.com (hereinafter, the “Site”), owned by:

These terms and conditions apply exclusively to sales made to consumers pursuant to Article 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
Therefore, purchases made for resale or professional purposes are excluded, unless specifically agreed in writing.

2. Acceptance of the conditions

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these General Conditions.
The Customer declares having read, understood, and accepted them before proceeding with the purchase.

PNO Srl reserves the right to modify the conditions at any time; the applicable conditions are those in effect at the time of the order.

3. Purchase methods

The products are described in the respective information sheets on the Site.
Before confirming the order, the Customer views a summary containing:

  • selected products;
  • amount;
  • total order amount;
  • any additional costs.

Upon order confirmation, the Customer will receive a summary email containing the purchase details.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT, where applicable.

Only the payment methods indicated on the Site at the time of ordering are accepted (for example: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, other electronic systems).
Cash on delivery (Cash on Delivery) is not available.

PNO Srl reserves the right to verify the payment status before proceeding with shipment.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery takes place to the address indicated by the Customer during the order phase.

Shipments are made via selected professional couriers .
Delivery times are approximate and begin from the time the courier receives the order.

Orders are processed exclusively with available products.
In the event of unavailable products, the customer will be promptly notified and can choose whether to wait or cancel the order.

Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check the integrity of the packaging. Any anomalies must be reported immediately to the courier and communicated to Customer Service.

6. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.

The warranty lasts 24 months from delivery of the goods and covers any defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery.

The Customer must report the defect within 2 months of discovering it , providing proof of purchase.
If a defect is confirmed, the Customer is entitled, free of charge, to repair or replacement of the product, or, where provided by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.

7. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without having to provide a reason.

Operating mode

The withdrawal must be communicated via an explicit declaration (email or dedicated form).
The Customer must return the products within 14 days of the withdrawal notification.

Products must be returned intact, unused, and complete with their original packaging.

Reimbursement

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise indicated.

8. Limitations on the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the cases provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including:

  • customized or made-to-measure products;
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if opened.

9. Responsibility

PNO Srl is not responsible for disruptions attributable to force majeure or events beyond its direct control, including delays attributable to the carriers.

10. Cancellation or cancellation of orders

PNO Srl reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • product unavailability;
  • obvious errors in pricing or description;
  • suspicion of fraud;
  • improper use of promotions.

In such cases, the Customer will be informed and refunded in full.

11. Information and assistance

For any information requests or complaints, the Customer can contact Customer Service via the Contact section of the Site.

12. Applicable law and competent court

The contract is governed by Italian law .
For disputes with consumers, the court of the Customer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction , as provided for by the Consumer Code.

13. Updates

These Terms may be updated periodically.
The version published on the Site is the current and binding version.
