Order delivery

  • Orders are prepared and delivered within the timeframe indicated at the time of purchase.
  • After shipping confirmation, you will receive a tracking code to follow your package online.
  • The recipient must be present at the time of delivery or provide specific return instructions.

🔁 Right of withdrawal and returns (pursuant to the Consumer Code)

In accordance with European and Italian legislation on e-commerce (Articles 52-59 of the Consumer Code), if you are a consumer (a natural person purchasing outside of a business activity), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the products.

How does withdrawal work?

  1. You can inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  2. After informing us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
  3. The product must be returned intact, complete with original packaging and accessories.

The communication of withdrawal can be made via:

  • Online withdrawal form,
  • Email to the address indicated in the contacts,
  • Registered letter.

Reimbursement

Once we receive the return and verify the item's integrity, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days of exercising your right of withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the order.

Return costs

The law requires that return costs be borne by the consumer, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions of sale; we ensure they are clearly indicated before confirming the purchase.

📌 What does not fall within the right of withdrawal?

By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to some specific goods, including for example:

  • Customized products on request,
  • Items sealed for hygiene reasons opened after delivery,
  • Perishable products or products with short expiration dates.

In these cases, the exclusion of the right of withdrawal will be specified in the product sheet or in the conditions of sale.

Products sold online are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by EU legislation, which protects you in the event of defective or non-compliant goods. The minimum guarantee is two years from the date of delivery.
